Our office is in-network with Aetna, Ameritas, Assurant, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, Delta Dental Premier, Guardian, MetLife, Principal, Sun Life, and United Healthcare. If you have an insurance provider that isn't in-network, your coverage depends on whether or not your plan offers out-of-network benefits. We're happy to file and track your claims to ensure you get the most out of your benefits. We ask that you bring your insurance card to each appointment so we can make sure your information is as up-to-date as possible.
We unfortunately do not accept Medicaid at this time.
