How do I schedule my appointment?
You can conveniently schedule online here or give us a call at 847-357-3899 to make an appointment.

Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we are in-network with Aetna, Ameritas, Assurant, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, Delta Dental Premier, Guardian, MetLife, Principal, Sun Life, and United Healthcare. If your insurance carrier isn’t in our network, your coverage depends on whether or not your plan offers out-of-network benefits.

Do you accept Medicaid?
Unfortunately, we do not accept Medicaid at this time.

What type of financial support or payment plans do you offer?
We partner with CareCredit® and Sunbit to help you pay for your treatment in smaller amounts over time. You can also save on your dental care with our Handcrafted Smiles Savings Club. For a low annual fee, patients who join will receive all yearly exams, two regular cleanings, and all recommended X-rays, along with additional services and discounts.

What hours is your office open?
Our practice is open Monday: 12 PM – 7 PM, Tuesday: 8 AM – 5 PM, Wednesday: 8 AM – 5 PM, Thursday: 2 PM – 7 PM, and Saturday: 8 AM – 1 PM (only the second Saturday of each month). We’re closed on Friday and Sunday.

How early should I get to my appointment?
Please plan to arrive at our office at least 10 to 15 minutes before the start of your appointment.

How long does an appointment take?
The total length of your appointment will depend on the type of consultation, treatment, or service you receive.

What do I need for my first appointment?
For your first appointment, please bring your completed new patient forms (once you schedule, we’ll send an email and/or text with a link to fill out these forms), any X-rays taken by a previous dentist, a valid form of ID, a list of medications you are currently taking, a list of any current medical concerns or conditions, including past surgeries, and your dental insurance card (if applicable).
