The hygienist we saw (Diane I believe) was so kind and considerate to myself and my children, even letting my toddler sit on my lap while she did my cleaning!! How can I schedule an appointment?
You can conveniently schedule your visits online here or give us a call at 847-357-3899.

Do you accept insurance and Medicaid?
Yes, we are in-network with Aetna, Ameritas, Assurant, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, Delta Dental Premier, Guardian, MetLife, Principal, Sun Life, and United Healthcare. If your provider is not in our network, your coverage will depend on your out-of-network benefits. We unfortunately do not accept Medicaid at this time.

What financing options or membership plans do you offer?
We partner with CareCredit® and Sunbit to provide monthly financing plans to fit your budget. We also offer our Handcrafted Smiles Savings Club, which covers yearly exams, two regular cleanings, and all recommended x-rays, along with additional services and discounts, for an annual membership.

What should I bring to my first visit?
For your first appointment, please bring the following information:
- Completed new patient forms.
- Any x-rays taken by a previous dentist. X-rays can also be forwarded to our office from your previous dentist upon your request.
- A valid form of ID.
- A list of medications you are currently taking.
- A list of any current medical concerns or conditions, including past surgeries.
- Dental insurance card, if you are covered and paying through insurance.
