Because of practice and parking limitations, Dr. Baldare has been thoughtfully seeking a new dental home for his patients—a location that reflects the level of care and comfort you and your family deserve.
We’re thrilled that he chose to join Handcrafted Smiles. By bringing our practices together, we’re creating a welcoming, comprehensive dental home with expanded services and more flexible hours in a beautiful, modern facility.

You can continue to schedule online or give us a call, whichever is more convenient for you.

Will Dr. Baldare still be my primary dentist?
Yes, Dr. Baldare will continue to serve as your primary dentist. while also giving you access to additional oral health expertise and scheduling flexibility when needed.

Are there any changes to Dr. Baldare's previous insurance or membership plans?
We accept all PPOs and are in network with most PPOs, just as Dr. Baldare was at his previous location. We also offer our in-house Dental Savings Plan to help you receive important preventative care and additional discounts.

What if I have a previously-scheduled appointment with Dr. Baldare?
You will still see him for your appointment, just at our practice location rather than at his previous practice.

What are Handcrafted Smiles' office hours?
- Monday: 12 pm – 7 pm
- Tuesday: 8 am – 5 pm
- Wednesday: 8 am – 5 pm
- Thursday: 12 pm – 7 pm
- Friday: 8 am – 1 pm
- Saturday 8 am – 1 pm (two/month; generally the second and fourth of each month)
- Sunday: Closed
